Q:  Why would I need a consultant?
A:
  Health care is constantly evolving with new laws, regulations, standards, documentation requirements, billing changes, and more which makes it increasingly more difficult for the working health care provider to stay compliant and giving the best possible care.  Our job as consultants is to assist you in managing, owning, expanding and operating within these health care guidelines and business and tax laws by providing our expertise, products and services.

Q:  Are you products current, updated, and meet health care standards or requirements?
A:  We are consistently upgrading materials as necessary.  We have recently added several new policies to our policy and procedure manual as health care regulations and work environments are changing.  Our second edition of our book, "Business Fundamentals for the Rehab Professional", that just came out March  09.  If there are other product needs that you do not see on our website, please contact us for a product list.


Q:  How much do you charge for consulting services?
A:  Our costs vary from a hourly rate to a retainer fee or flat fee depending on several different factors including:  type of services required, location, size of clinic or work setting, etc.  We can determine the best pricing for you after we discuss your specific needs and options of customized service and products.
Q:  Why would I need a Policy and Procedure Manual and what does it contain?
A:  Medicare and other types of credentialing agencies often require a Policy and Procedure Manual for purposed of establishing standards of care and quality of care.  Our Policy and Procedure Manual contains well over 50 policies intended to meet all possible health care standards and regulations in a variety of work settings.  When you purchase a manual, you receive a hard copy with a CD-ROM that allows you to personalize the policies to your particular work setting such as "work hours". 
Q:  How can I determine if I need your book?
A:
  We wrote the book based on years of consulting on the same topics and issues surrounding starting or expanding private practice heatlh care businesses, especially in Occupational and Physical Therapy.  The book is written in a workbook style format that walks you through taking a business idea to developing a business plan to implementation to financial management.  The recent second edition contains expanded information on management and financials.  To read more, visit our link page.
